~Jin~ is selling an account that has not been cleared out of the war by DDE as yet.
I thought i should inform the community about this so that some one else isn't stuck with the account and then is denied being cleared out the war as well.
There are reasons it has not been clear of which i am not posting here.
I am posting it here as he isn't a scammer so i think it best belongs here
