vac mode not working?

i went to vac mode some 2 weeks ago. now i'm after loogging in and my accout is in bits after 2 weeks of farming.
what's the story here? why vac mode did not work?

perhaps you hadnt been action free for 24 hours so it didnt work?

hmmm i dont know. did you at all log back on or anything like that or refresh from a dead page so it seemed like you logged back on?

There have been many reports of this, but i never saw any response from admin, or any explination so IDK mate.

Admin gave an explanation for many of the reports made
Usually someone really logged into the account in question and got it off vac mode

then the question would be who logged into my account. i didn't have internet access. and i doubt someone else really logged into it.
