I just lost 4 officers.
They all got the messaged that i dismissed them. I haven't been in the officer page today. 2 were in perg teh other 2 weren't. Also They tried to rejoin and got told they had to wait 24 hours.

My ID is 1928117.

Unless there's some button which says "Dismiss all officers" (which i'm not sure if there is, haven't had officers in a many months) then it would be a glitch/bug. Did you change alliances or go to perg/main or on vacation about the time it happened?

Do you get the dismissed message upon your CO ascending?

I have had all of the same officers for the last 7 ascensions, none ever got the message. I Haven't ascend in over a week. Like this Saturday is the next time i can ascend again.

no, none have been online to ask.

I rejoined this morning. Yes you do lose your officers when ascending but I have never gotten the message that was dismissed when my commander ascended.

Can you accept and then boot me when you can.

I don't think they were booted by Seaborgium, they just had no commander and a message saying they were kicked, though Seaborgium didn't kick them

Well I'm thinking that it could possibly be a script that did the booting remotely.
Because in another game I played people used to put their unit names as faction disbanding links which would force the player logged in to disband from their faction.
So I'm thinking it could possibly be that.

But I want to see if I do get a message when I am booted and then see if there is some loophole that allows you to make people boot someone without it being obvious.

And on Fallstar's note, did you click and recruitment links for anyone

when you ascend noone gets a message
I was logged in for a about 2 horus when 1 of the 4 officers hit me up on msn asking me whats up.
When you kick someone they get a message, I think. I will kick you now.

So you do get a message when you boot someone.
Did you click on any suspect links or any random websites?

Also did you loose all your officers in one go or did you lose them one at a time?
