Possible Bug In Blood Realm.

Ok, this bug crossed my mind a couple of days ago. I was hoping that Alpha Allegiance would be able to confirm/deny this without letting the entire sever know about the possible loophole/bug. A bug which could change the power players of the war, VERY fast. Apparently whilst in blood realm the war is truely 1on1 alliances. No one outside can hit them... Now think about the following senario...
Empire X consists of-
Alliance A.
Alliance B.
Alliance A sets blood realm on Alliance B, Alliance B accepts. Now they are allies and this will not fight each other but EVERY player in that empire has got a 5day free ppt.
Can admin please do one of the following...
1)If it is true that no one in blood realm can be hit by outsiders can you make it so there is a MASSIVE reduction to income so that players cannot abuse this loophole. (95%+ Reduction)
2)If the "myth" of blood relam is incorrect and infact others can attack players within blood realm can you please inform us all ASAP.
3)If the "myth" is true, can you please disable it until you find a way to counter this loophole. or could you monitor who is in Blood realm and make sure no PPT abuse is happening...
Too my knowledge Alpha Allegiance Vs Forgotten Serenity will be the only Blood realm war getting ready, so any others should be easy to monitor.
As i said, i was hoping to find out whilst at war with FS and send admin a private PM so not to alert the entire sever of this loop hole. However another player posted it up so i figure people may/will start to test this out now.
Can a mod/admin or any other members in contact with Admin inform him of this thread ASAP.
I have a feeling about 10+ alliance just went into blood realm after reading this...
