First of all this account Teesdale \'had\' Was mine long time ago , I took it with MY email adress witch isn\'t scamming and hacking for any futher discussion about that go ahead and talk to Jason about it ...
Historie of this account is quit hilarious in others words once I was TSA , TSA bought this account for me 3 years back from an person called God Of Darkness known as Luc that passed away 2 years back , I got this account handed.
And Yes I made the mistake by taking back my account by my email adress ( asked the password by email tbh ) witch isn\'t scamming nor hacking.
I\'ve seen you\'ve contacted Wesley aka Snake ... to drop me , however I won\'t stand in hes way if hes willing to do that...
Anyways , I know I\'ve been seen as a \"Hacker\" or \"Scammer\" but no tricks have been used to get acces to this account simply used my email to ask for the password in other words , this account has always been mine even when Teesdale was on it means Teesdale was a multi together we me and we should be banned both for that than I\'ll speak with Jason about this to resolve futher problems
Basically he scammed Teesdale for his account, even though Teesdale admitted he should have probably changed the email, however now it seems he has a vendetta to try and turn it around on Teesdale as multing. He may not have hacked the account, however this is definetly scamming, as he took something back for which he had already been compensated for. BMMJ13 id 89633

Envy said he gave the account to Teesdale, didn't sell it to him (as I had assumed), however I still don't believe that makes it right.
Envy wrote:well email is kinda the same when you use it for registrations means even Jason (admin) that can contact you so in a way this account never really was Teesdales seeing he never changed a email.
Instead of asking Teesdale to change the email so he could make a new account, or even asking Teesdale if he could have the account back, he used a system in place to help people to retrieve something he gave away long ago.

Seeing I can defend myself now ,
First of all , it would have been kind if you fully showed my Message to everone , dishonorable tactic's or weak ones . Not really.
Everone knows even Jason does that an email is like an passport to accounts , he never changed it , even thougt you say I could have asked to change it , but whats the use in asking if he never was online for that matter ?
But Teesdale by using my email should have known I could acces the account right away therefore he knows its "account sharing" witch is against the rules , I don't hide myself after friends , I come straight forward.
Played 5 years , never scammed never hacked ... If Teesdale would have changed the email adress he did never been in this situation !
If you go out of ur car to get something of a shop will you also let the key's on you car in the contact ? No you wouldn't ... well smart people wouldn't. Cus you would allow someone to steal your car and thats what the police will say to.
Envy.

Allowing your car to get easily stolen does not make the one who steals the car any less criminal. None of the rest of the message was related:
I didn\'t sold this ac**** to him BMMJ13 if he told you that , than thats a plain lie , however I admit I gave this account to him yes... I did but never sold.
And a saw you\'re quote on the forum scamming aint a properly word for it seeing he know the email didn\'t belonged to him there for he knew I could gain acces to the account any time I wanted to , even thougt he might have forgotten about it witch do not change the facts that he in some way prevented me from creating a new account , so for example
An Email is like an ID like ur pass , country pass it belongs to you and only you seeing by you\'re pass they know who you are , well email is kinda the same when you use it for registrations means even Jason (admin) that can contact you so in a way this account never really was Teesdales seeing he never changed a email.
But people only think for themselfs and always will backup their friends even thougt their friends also made mistakes Teesdale also did , I played this game 5 years know allot of people thta would back me up cus I aint a scammer nor a lair and if Teesdale really insisted I did give back the account right away , but with hs message he left me he didnt really care about my comeback you see... means he doesn\'t really care wether I took it b
Theres always a first time for everyone, and just because he could have changed it easily, doesn't make you in the right.

I normally stay out of things like this but the way I see it two things are wrong here....
1. the e-mail address wasn't changed (teesdales fault)
2. Envy recovered the password to dishonestly gain access to the account (no matter how to achieve access it is still scamming..... you should have contacted the current owner of the account and asked them to change the e-mail address not recovered the password)
Ultimately the account belonged to Teesdale so whatever happened after that, no matter what the e-mail address was Envy gained access to the account through dishonest means which makes it a scam/cheat/whatever you want to call it.
Well that's all I say on it, hopefully an admin can sort this out.

I fully agree with you however but on 1 point I aint "scamming" scamming someone is totally diffrent.
Scamming someone is using a trick on a person , I didn't seeing he had my email as login , I didn't use any trick on him.
Also to let you everone know and what Im about to say is 100% truth if he says otherwise hes a plain lair.
Teesdale didn't care if I took back the account... he said clearly that he was in-active , also what he said is "Like you've seen ur account is a bit smaller now sold of some of the UU" well not that it is my concern thougt but still the words " I don't care about you're comeback"
So I assume things are settle than ? Seems he doesn't want it back either way.
Also , not that im saying that I am right in this matter , I know I did the wrong step here something that wasn't allowed by asking the password.
but yet I say again Teesdale prevented me in creating a new account by using my email , yes you say I could have asked him but I'll say this once again.
I couldn't contact him duo in-activitie or timezones !

BEFORE i found out that it was Envy that took the account, i thought i had been hacked, but then i found out... No he didnt hack, he used password retreval, no he didnt scam, cos i never paid anything for it to be scammed out of.
The account is Envys. I never paid anything for it, he gave it to me, it was my fault i never changed the email.
TBH, with the amount ive been playing lately, i probably would have given it back if he had have asked, i have nothin against him taking the account back, end of story.
