Access to red title

Okay so when it was new around the red title was automatically awarded when you have played for three years or something about a certain amount of ascensions these are about to happen or will soon happen how can I write it and post it under my name someone, would be good to know.

It is under "User Preferences/Login Details/Vacation".
This is more appropriately suited for "Newbie/FAQ Forum"

and yes, after 3 years, to the day, you will have access to a red title.

Then how come people who obviously haven't reached 3 years (i.e. 192xxxx IDs) have red titles?

A few certain Forum mods got theirs early for their contribution to the forums.
