A momentous day is finally upon us. After many long years of war, and the reformation of many alliances into the Empire, NEMESIS of boredom and 'tyrants' we can finally look upon the brightening future. *Opens arms out wide in an emphasising hand gesture*.

With due delight and after some vicious negotiating, I, your Supreme Dark Lord and true God-Emperor would like to announce the founding of a new branch in our galactic power. The formation of both the Nemesis Force and Nemesis Collective have been the first of many steps to a safer and secure society for many. *Withdraws arms*

The first alliance,
The Nemesis Force, our new general division will be dedicated to receive the mainstay of our future applications. They will be led by Grand Moff Ashu.

The second alliance,
the Nemesis Collective, will continue in a similar role, continuing under the stern, but benevolent and exceptional rule of Grand Moff Odin.
