That realm has had so much covert activity against them recently that even your intelligence sources know about some of it! They are surely ready and waiting for additional operations - your Intelligence Officer warns you strongly against proceeding, and you are compelled to agree...for now....

Umm, that happens a lot doesn't it?

Lots of sabbing being done on that account, although lots of general spying activates the covert phasing too.

Yeah but what happens when they run out of covert turns? I'm not sure what the phasing number of spy attacks is but I would guess it's very large.

I would also be interested to know what a 'market' price would be for use of covert turns in this manner. Obviously they are worth more to some than others.

Not that expansive since most people got heaps spare covert capacities and it is almost pure profit as you do not have to pay AT UU loss etc etc.

I would imagine 60 be the number of phase, since you can only take 20 sabs.

People hate stupidity. It's only natural they would mass it away.

the number of possible sabs needs to be increased person can have 0 def, 0 spies, big strike and be unsabbable...

there are a number of well thought out suggestions floating around in the For Admin section regarding killing off attack units & weps. You should put your 2 cents in if you have something to add
