Dispose some of forums

With this new change to races, we could eliminate some parts of forums, for example, Main race forums, well, only general talks should remain.

I believe this was discussed and the Race Forums will remain as most people will probably keep their Race of Asgard/Ancient, Goa'uld/System Lord, etc. Also some new things in store for Race Forums I do believe

the future layout of the forums there is up for discussion among the moderators... some sections are likely to remain, and new sections might appear as well...
