I am losing my planet production... WHY??? CLOSED

Can some one tell me why I am going down in my planet production please???
I was getting 87mill planets a day, now I am getting 78mill planets a day..
WHATS GOING ON?

Note:
When your total realm size exceeds 2 billion planets, your rate of growth slows...You are currently growing at 7.12 percent of full capacity...This affects just new planet finds, not current planets.
That's what it says in cosmic dev page below my fleets.
