slots added to planet by itself

i don't know if it is connected or not, but when i got officers (i'm sure it was the same day, no more) 8500 extra UP was assigned to one of my UP planets - others stayed as they were.
not that i'm complaining, but i guess it's a bug...

Sweet bug. I'll see if someone can join me, and confirm or see if it happens to me too or not

Update, just got a mate to become my officer, no change, will edit on turn change for status update
Edit: just got someone with 300k UP to join me, and no change at all to any planets. Looks like just your lucky day
