Hm, I recall one time I was trying to yank the teeth out of a particularly aggressive tau'ri, but all I was getting were his defensive weapons. Might have had something to do with the fact that sabateurs seem to go for weaker weapons, and tau'ri defense weapons are weaker.

weaker weapons first. exactly

so, you can sab defence weapons, you just have to make sure they're the weaker weapons

I apologize, and bow before your loophole spoting intelect.
You are both completly correct, I failed to be detailed enough. Weak weapons first, with preferance to offensive weps.

So if you have:
Offense weps: Str #
A Cat 200 4
A dog 100 6

Defense weps Str #
A turtle 100 3
A llama 900 1

The dogs would go first, as it is tied in strength to a defensive wep.
Then the turtles would go, as they are weaker than the only remaining offensive weps. Then the cats, as they are both offensive and weaker.
And finaly youd get to the good stuff, the big defensive guns... er, animals

I realise I had forgotten about those weaker wepons lol. For so long I have been living with a single offensive, and single defensive gun type. :D

im pretty sure it takes defence weaps before strike if they are the same the strength.
