Replination is still on, It's more of a who wants to join can.

RoRA are alliances building into a Empire (like the other races have) with the intention of bringing the Nano type Lone-wolfs into the fold as well.

Also having the alliances running the Republic (rather than a couple of people) and a invitation to other Replicator forms to build Replicator based alliances and have a chance to represent in the Republic is the draw card (as well as a representative for the Lone-wolfs).

Whether to trade or join all Replicator base life forms are welcome.

Easy there XT, they where just talking about including us in the list of all powerful Replicator alliances hehe
