ID 1967782, Aokay. He's been farming the Sect the past days (but that's not the reason). I told him at 22:52 that if he continued hitting us, I'd crush him.
At 23:12, his officer set us to war (Waka Floka Flame). Due to the army sizes of both (2.1-2.6 mil army) and the utter timing of the settings, I AM guessing that this one could be a multi.
I realize this is very slim evidence, but I just want to have this one checked out.

i am full agree with you on that one we have had the same problem in our allience
we massed them both
we sent messages but got stupid replys for it and they were valuturing so we took care of them admin should cheak them out tho

no doubt it... it didnt happen all at once... he has been increasing about 6mil per day roughly from what i see... what i dont understand is how can someone that small afford the turns? he says he is farming 5tril (which would use alot of turns but would allow him to buy them...) then he is growing at such a fast rate (which would also use a crap load of turns)... seems dodge to me... i doubt he could afford the AT's required with such a small army size

Easy... he can't, unless he's buying turns from the ingame Black Market (so for $$$). He doesn't have Supporter Status. I spied him, and he still has more AT then you'd expect.

Try setting a broker to him. If it works, they have SS, if it doesn't, it warns you on the first "confirm" action.
