Need a sig

I'm looking for a signature and possibly a matching avatar.
Animated text from name (Kalkin + blank/"future alliance") to "Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent". The text should be at the bottom of the sig.
I'm a very big fan of science fiction and especially Roger Zelazny's "Lord of the Light" (and almost everything else he wrote, although Merlin cycle was not so good) and my name Kalkin (also known as Mahasamatman, Sam, Maitreya, Lord of the Light and so one) is taken from there.
His poweres were electrodirection (lightning bolts, redirection incoming missiles, messing with electronics in general, levitation) and survivability without a physical body. His preferred weapon of a choice was either a trident or a sword.
If possible then 500x140 pixels
Background could dark red/bordeaux or dark blue
Paying in naq (price is negotiable)

your request isnt that easy, but you use a lot of key words that i could have some fun with. if i ever catch up on my back log i may see what i can come up with
