TOO MANY CONNECTIONS

can someone please tell me what is going on, i get this message on a regular basis.
It happens most when i have won a few battles and i am trying to bank the naq and by the time i get back on, i have lost more naq that i gained.
Please help me

Query failed: select *SQL *
im thinking that someone has a sniffer that looks for logins wile they are logging in because after this happens to me i try to log in and loggin fails but along the top of the screen my login, email, and password all correct are there
i think that this need to be fixed soon because im growing of being nocked off game wile having lot of naq out

this has happened to me in the past mainly in Quantum. Now it is happening in main quite often.

Happening a lot to me today - logs into a inactive goauld acct.

Apparently whenever it happens, it happens on all SGW servers, and on TOC as well. I was reading up on the TOC forums when it happened again, and I decided to check my TOC account, same thing. So I decided to try SGW, same story, all servers.

neither of those 2 is the cause though....
