Player you would most like to see perma-banned...

Please make a short list of the people you would most like to see permanently banned from the Forums or the games.
I have no ability to wage war against these people, even if I was huge and active, I probably wouldn't bother. This is just my way of venting.
Please be as specific as possible in your names, and the places you wish to see them banned from.
No reason necessary... in fact, it's probably preferable.
Please limit yourselves to less than 10 players or alliances, to keep it short and bitter...
and also so that your list is less likely to reflect badly on yourself.

My Current Choices, in no particular order:
1) Lord Blackhole, all games, all forums.
2) DHM, all games, no forums.
3) AGA, all games, no forums.
4) anyone permabanned from the forums: all forums.
5) anyone permabanned from the forums more than once already: all games, all forums.
6) All confirmed hackers and scammers should have their IP permabanned from even accessing Kingdom Games sites, as I imagine they are.
