A brief look at how Owned's inner circle works: by Thing 1_Thing 2
Akhal recruited Hippy (masser of regular Owned players) to mass me & Thor on Monday night. So after building up conventional weapons to complement Akhal's MS, Hippy massed several other Owneds who are also NOT part of the inner circle. As usual, Ben came onto the scene AFTER THE FACT and said, "Look, there's Jedi, what's he doing on the first page!"
WHAT?! Way to recognize the threat, leader-boy!
So, in short, he did the exact same thing as last time when his other close friend s1eepy had massed a bunch of Owneds on the first page. He promptly pointed the finger at someone, ANYONE BUT, his friend, who had done the most damage to YES, you guessed it, all of the newer Owned members not part of his Owned inner circle.
The only difference this time is that Hippy went on PPT where as S1eepy was allowed to sit at #1 for a day before someone organized an attack on him. Ben, of course, did not directly participate in this attack. This makes sense since S1eepy's only goal for this wave is to reach 100k overall GnR.
At any rate, on Tuesday morning I came out of PPT early to Zero Akhal and sat on him for 48 Hrs straight sending him PMs and waiting for him to apologize for being a traitor and attacking weaker Owned players whenever he felt like it. This is the issue that Thor & I had confronted Akhal about in the first place, before he committed treason by colluding with Hippy against Owned members.
On our Owned forums I called Akhal a traitor and displayed the results of a questionnaire I sent out that showed that 64% of Owneds who responded thought that Akhal's actions warranted him to be booted from Owned.
'Our' forum operator is a former active Owned member, and he and another inactive founder of Owned started bad mouthing the survey and me. The operator even edited my profile by adding a picture of a retard. Now that's what I call professional behavior! So I updated my profile with a picture and text of me flipping off the site admin. Naturally with all children, he could dish it out but couldn't take it, so he banned me. And when other Owned members questioned my banning, he removed their posts.
Then last night when Hippy finally came out of PPT, I already had AKhal down, so I sabbed the hell out of Hippy and zeroed him out, but he kept buying cheap weaps & shields to stay on page 1. Hippy obviously had been busy chatting up the inner circle, because he sent me a PM, intimating that a lot of people didn't like me.
And to support this juvenile message of obvious deceit, was Ben's message to the whole alliance stating that he wasn't going to boot Akhal because he was a founding member. And he didn't care if Akhal attacked Owneds, or if anyone else attacked each other, either. Basically, he was giving permission for his other inner circle friends to attack me to help Akhal and Hippy against the big bad newbie who was kicking their butts. Pretty sad how transparent this all was. But what do you expect from guileless children?
To make it totally clear that none of these kids can separate playing the game honorably within an alliance-based framework, from their own long-standing personal relations, JEDI, yes JEDI who was massed at Ben's order, answered the call of cowardly friends to attack me with a new traitor Zhar and the two vanquished losers, Akhal and Hippy.
I'm sure without even looking, that all of these bad little kids are crowing about how they dispatched the lucky newbie. And they probably soothed their wounded prides by explaining that the only reason I was and have been in the #1 position for so long is because they didn't have the time to be as active as I've been this wave.
So the next question is, "WHAT will the majority of Owned players, who now know that they are/will be betrayed by their leader and his close-knit circle of friends, feel compelled to do about it?"

I have many friends on Quantum and I don't mass them, they don't mass me. We don't attack each other, it's as simple as that. It's the same with Ben, he'd be a fool to mass a friend and engage hostility just because that friend massed someone in the same alliance who he doesn't know and seeing as we've declared war with whole server no wonders we get massed.
If it was main then I wouldn't be surprised and, heck, would even go in a war with a friend (both parties agreeing about it and no low tactics being used of course) just for the fun of it, but Quantum is different.
I'm not saying that Akhal's actions were right but he probably had a reason for it. Heck we've exchanged a few massings 2 eras ago and now we're friends and he hasn't attacked me unless I told him to.
It's normal that Ben or Mike or someone else would lay more trust in someone they've known for ages than in someone that just joined up this era and thus also support them. Owned was always a big alliance and some of it's ex members were nothing short of idiots so naturally everyone will rather stick with old friends than someone they know little about, who could turn out to be an idiot.
I would and already have laid my account on the line for a lot of friends, never did I regret it, sometimes newer alliance members, sometimes I have regret it a lot.
That's how things have run for ages.
Like I also told u in PM - you aren't #1 unless you're allowed to be. I hope u know what I mean with this..
I also don't think that we should do the dirty laundry in public, I do think you were wrong to post this topic while you're wearing Owned tag.
Everyone that doesn't like the way Owned is set up or operates shouldn't be in it, that's all I've gotta say.. And once again to avoid anyone misunderstanding me, I don't agree with all of the things Akhal did but I also don't think he'd do it without a good reason..
Just my 2 cents on this matter..

Umm...How does he air out the dirty laundry in Owned forums if someone is deleting post...
Massing and treason and all those fun whirly things aside, the post deletions and jacking with people profiles is pretty much dookie of epic proportions.
Just saying...Bad form...
But yes, one can always move on...

I was thinking about msn convo with Ben and Akhal in it as it would be the best way to solve this problem, not using any forums as it's also much faster..

one day a woman found a frozen rattlesnake by her wood pile in the winter. She brings the rattlesnake in and nurses it back to health. once the snake as recovered it bites the woman. as the woman lies there in her last minutes she questions the snake... "Why after i nursed you to health and brought you life would you do this to me?" The snake slithers right up to her ear and whispers... "You knew i was a snake."
always a place for ya in regulators.

wow! go cry me a river!
first of all i didn't read any post or pm where kikaz apointed you as 2IC. what gives you the right to call people traitors? threaten them to be kicked from the alliance? threaten them to mass them?
second: what did you expected that akhal will wait for you to attack him first? or did you thought you were all mighty because you were ranked 1?
third: i thought you will figure out that akhal have more firends, knows more players then you. players he wared with in the past, players that he only need to ask for help and mass the sh!t out of entire quantum. and thats what happened. you were zeroed. with thor and lb cause they were manipulated by you.
forth: i've told you in owned forum that you are stat building coward. you didnt even try to attack me after the massing. same thing goes for thor as well. but hey you are not skilled to fight me 1 on 1 when im online. i understand that. how was it? ah yeah, you follow the only logical course of action. flee from battlefield, then snick on them when they are sleeping and after that go around talking how you were kicking buts.
im going to sleep now. if you know what i mean (yes you do!)

and i hope you build up more tomorrow. thor already did.

Well dummy, how can I check forum when your buddies first edited my profile without my permission and then kicked me out?
All I know is that when you are in an alliance, the code should automatically polarize all members of that alliance so that no one can attack another within their alliance unless they unshield for them first.
Think of it the same way most video games allow friendly fire to pass right through their partners. Then, for all you 'experienced' players who enjoy taking advantage of their mates, and apparently don't own a dictionary or understand what the word ally means, you won't make any mistakes. If you don't like that one of your allies leaves 'too much' naq out too long, then don't invite them into your alliance.
With the numbers that I got back from the survey of half the Owned members, 60% were attacked without permission by their own alliance mates, and many of them were ignored when they asked for the attacks to stop.
Definition for you ignorant few:
An alliance is the result of formal agreements (i.e., treaties) between two or more nations for broad, long-term objectives that further the common interests of the members.
Common interests do not include one party repeatedly harming the other and ignoring their pleas to stop. It is not, however surprising, since Owned never had a formal alliance agreement document or similar code of conduct or statement of goals for players to sign.
I suppose that says something all by itself.

All of you are welcome to leave the alliance at any time. Be warned doing so will make the things you are all complaining about far more worse.

Just playing the game for the challenge of it and wishing it wasn't rigged.
1. Hippy sold up before I got on.
2. I may have ordered jedi massed but I did most of the massing, Zhar massed the MS, but I did the full Defense and half of the strike, Zhar the other half, though had his boss not walked in Zhar would have done alot more.
3. If you dont like the way I run the alliance than leave.
4. You over think things way too much.
5. Jedi was massed at my hands not orders as I already stated, yes he was a threat at the time with an 18b strike and hitting for 37b total with MS.
6. The next question is how long will YOU last, everyone else has been in the alliance for several years.
7. You involved yourself with akhal, you could have easily sat back, kept your mouth shut and you'd still have your stats and army, I.E. you didnt have to get involved, you chose to.
8. I had no problem with you untill you started making idiotic as well as immature posts such as this.
