Quick attack/spy/raid icons not appearing?

I've asked another friend and he said he isn't experiencing but i don't got any quick attack icons.. is there perhaps an option i've turned off by accident or something? I don't get it :S

Go to the User preferences on the Command Centre screen, bottom right hand corner. The option is in there.
However, not sure how you could have turned it off accidentally in there.
But try that and see.

I don't remember changing it though, how bizarre.
