Income: CO->Officer

Ok say I have 25bil income, 18bil from miners, 3bil from planets, and 4bil from my CO... and I have one officer about to join me with 30%. Will he get 30% of the 25bil, or just natural income?
In short: Does income from a CO's CO and planets affect officer income? Or is it just income from miners?

He gets 30% of what ever your income is no matter where its from He or She gets 30% of what ever your overall income is. So your officers will get 30% of 25 bill.

Yeah, admin stopped UP circles but left the income circles in place, they get the % of your full income no matter where it comes from. AFAIK
