Pfft, Jim.. It's the Premier League. They have some backbone, as opposed to almost everyone else, ever been to a proper English football match?
Also, my team name is extremely decent. Especially for a football team. *grin*
They even made a movie! :o

Well I've never been to UK, so no! :P

And I know of that movie, another movie listed as "not bothering to see this one". :P

Yes, I imagine you would like a movie with a lot of nazi killing.
Sucks that the best acting was in the characters of the Germans. :D

Yes indeed.
This Col Hans Landa was the exact incarnation of "civilized beast" or something like this.

It would have been perfect if that end happend in reality...would have saved a year of war, and saved lives from countless people from extermination camps and civilians (and troops). Well, life isn't an american movie...

He was the perfect Nietzschean in almost all he said and did. Unfortunately, he should have taken a lesson from Schopenhauer and Byron as well. *grin*

Still that I wished Aldo Raine killed him in the very end in the woods...he deserved it..to see his plan fail, would have made me grin.

You are *not* qualified to make that judgment.

I don't care and anyway it was a movie. So yes, I am qualified, having seen this movie entirely and having understood it. :)
Either way, I still think he deserved it, couldn't care less if whether I'm qualified or not. 8)

He was clearly a scum and deserved to die for his acts. Well, better to see him go on until end of movie, then die at the end, as he was interesting enemy character (sort of vader-like dude). But well, they let him live...so he made it throughough to the end..
But a good nazi is a dead nazi. 8)
I'd have much prefered to see the german actress to remain alive... :-k
Stiglitz was also an interesting character...so bad he died early too. Could have been a doom at theater in end scene if he remained alive  Sure he should have died as well, but would have been interesting to see him last longer.
The drunk nazi officer was hillarious.

The only nazi with whom I "sympathized" with was Frederick Zoller...
