Hey,

I was wondering if anyone else see's the same thing as I do. When I've been typing out a message "race mods" automatically come up into the groups, and on one occasion were the recipient to a private message between myself and another user.

Is this something normal on the forum now? Or is it just specific to my account?

Race Mods, if you do see that email in your inbox, please delete it. Treat it as private communication between myself and another person and respect that.

The Race mod group is being set up in the ACP to be able to receive pm's.

Samething happened to me and another user once, when we were discussing his warning. If you click on the Race Mods options in the box, it'll add them automatically when you send your PM.

I have it to but i assumed that was cause im the racemod group leader

Just curious, do you get a lot of spam on that racemod-common address?

Thats because thats the only group which can be pmed now.
I dont remember if we set it that way for a reason, or was it just an error.
I can turn off pm for that group any time if its unneeded.

Well, it's good to know that I'm not the only one. I definitely didn't click on racemods to add them to the message. If I remember correctly you'll still need to click "Add [BCC]" or "Add [To]" to get them on there. It seemed as thought they were just on there. I haven't noticed it happening again, so I don't know what else to say...

Nah suprisingly I never noticed it untill spacey send out the pm

Yeah this has only occured twice being with Jack and now with spacey, i guess should just make sure at top who its being sent to in future?

It has to happen every time you send a pm, because the group still can be pmed until I set switch it off. But you wont send any pm to the race mods as long as you dont add them as cc or bcc or to. They are just there as part of a list (even if it has only 1 items) from which you can pick the group you want to pm.

Believe it or not, when I noticed the Race Mod tag beside the user's name there was no 'remove' button. That in itself struck me as very odd.

I regret not having the foresight to have taken a screenshot of it, but it was just as I say... there was no remove button there beside their name (was when I replied to the pm).
