now im not saying the guy is Cheating but i belieave there is a glitch on his account some how. the {Temporarily on the Protected Planets Treaty...} is not listed on his page but when you try to accack him he you get the It appears the protected planets treaty applies here - at least for now...


so he has been the only account i have noticed this on. is there some kind of a glitch in the system for 20th ascentions that the {Temporarily on the Protected Planets Treaty...} some how gets left off the accounts page when they hit PPTs?
