You are limited to three (3) trades/donations combined per week, only 2 of which can include the protected planet treaty (PPT) bonuses per calander week.

is it calendar? or it's right how it is now..

It should be calendar.
Minor spelling error, I wouldn't expect it to be fixed anytime soon.
