Unfair BAN

Hello there,
Me really disapointed with what has just happened, I was trying log in my account and got this message:
This account has been flagged as a multiple account.
A multi is an one person having direct access to more than one account.
If this is the case, it will remain suspended.
I think i made it clear in the mails I sent, that me taking over this account 1924478 and that I will put the other account 26380 under vacation mode and this what I did and still I got unfairly banned! I have been playing this game for more than 4 years and never had multiple account problems and you think after so many years of legit playing (my alliance leaders can vouch for me) I will start making multiple accounts? Refer to the mail and the date sent, you were informed about this account transfer then why the ban ? I think this really unfair towards me. Me sure you will look into this matter asap and let me know what will happen.

and when you put the old account on vaction...had you already logged into the new one?

I can confirm that Mylord has recieved a new account recently and is not a multi - he was banned after he put it into vac mode...
He is a long standing member of DoC which will not knowingly tolerate multis.
This is a simple misunderstanding.

he may have been banned after putting it into vac....but had he logged onto new account (even once) before putting old one on vac?
you may not knowingly tolerate it.....but there have been a number

The account was on PPT so i could not put in on vac mode (need wait 24 hrs) just as i took new account and put it on vac mode after 24 hrs. I guess that is why it got banned, hope admin look into it.

indeed, you broke the most basic of rules of logging on to 2 active accounts!
I'm sure admin will remove the ban....but he's let you off very lightly

Kind of an oxymoron lol
ive seen this same issue come through the section a few times. Seems admin is highly likely to give you a second chance if your record is clean and there wasnt some huge multi scam ring thing goin on during the log in time. They do give a small window to log into both after all.

I believe the usual time allowed is 30 minutes to change accounts. But obvously the PPT issue makes it more difficult.

I got mail from admin saying that my account has been reactivated but i still get the message:
This account has been flagged as a multiple account.
A multi is an one person having direct access to more than one account.
If this is the case, it will remain suspended.
If you believe this is an error, please contact the game admins at
gameadmin@StarGateWars.com, or via forum at THE GAME ADMIN SECTION with an explanation of why it would appear to be a multiple account from the same location and user as other account(s).

By the looks of things id 26380 is unbanned and is on vac mode.
1924478 remains banned.
