1. What form of graphics are you after? - Sig/userbar/avatar
2. Ideally, would you like it to be animated? - No
3. Is there a particular size (dimensions) you would like the work to be?

5. Any preferred colour theme? - black, white or none what ever you make
6. What text would you like on the piece? - Order of the lotus
7. How much do you wish to pay? - negotiable place your price in your post

9. Any further information - may need to get alterations to it at a further date and possibly names added to it. has to be really good no half measures and no C and P then posting
