Where do you stand on the legalization of Marijuana?

all forms and strains of hemp should be decriminalised and completely legalized, for use by the public for whatever reason a person sees fit, furthermore, should not be taxed. hemp is a gift and a truly miraculous plant that should be studied and the results made public....
haven't we had this discussion before?!

Society would be much better off with all drugs legalised and with education about them a mandatory subject for all to learn about.

There is little to discuss, no one has yet suggested the the drug not be legalised or presented a solid reson as to why it is currently illegal other than an arbitrary decision taken many decades ago, the reasoning of which may no longer be sound given the changes in medical research and society.

simple supply and demand..if its legal the demand will be far higher as there is no risk so the price will increase.
