I found this a little bit strange.

The previous tone of messages from him (with a little modding ):

Rules

3) No sharing or giving out your account details to others.
4) No logging into other people's accounts.
5) Attempts to break into accounts, the game, or otherwise disrupt or slow down the game, or server, are strictly illegal.
6) Using bugs or exploits of any kind, or knowing of and not reporting bugs or exploits, is illegal.
7) Spamming your recruiting link, or anything else related to or using our name or site, is illegal. Share the site, but please do so respectfully.
8 ) No profanity in user names, namable weapons/ships, or anywhere else on game.
9) Any breaking of the rules can result in punishment, suspension, banning, account deletion, or banning of your entire ISP.

I'd lean toward the explanation that there is in fact NO brother. When he is threatened with account deletion, I'm pretty sure he'll be more than willing to admit to a couple of boastful, profane messages.

Erm he only has 1 account, unless he told you his brother also has an account!

If he uses cached credentials with an easy to guess password he may not have given the details to anyone.

4) No logging into other people's accounts.

Said user has not logged into another account, if his brother does not play sgw the rules don't apply!

It's not a loophole. If you save your personal information on a open computer, that is your fault but when he blatently says "he knows my account log in"..that's a clear violation of said rules.

Yes, especially if he chooses not to change his login even though he knows his "bro" knows the logins.
