No G & R?

Okay guys, finally my account got approved *wewt*!
I've been ranked around 700-800 in the main server for the past 2 weeks or so, should be getting G & R points at every turn right? Well this sais it all:
Glory and Reputation Score ... 0
Could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong if that's the case, or fix this bug?

Are you on Nox???
Realm Alert Drains Naquadah, Increases Covert Defense, increases insurance effects;
Nox Insurance drains 10% income, limits successful attacks on you, adds delay between attacks - NOT offered during alliance war.
Both cost 3 turns to change; Nox reduces total glory by 1/turn. No glory earned.

Also note
Nox = 0 G&R, not (totalEarned - 1). So even if you should be getting 10 or 5, you will loose it all
