WTH - 11 planets?

I see a guy with 11 planets. I haven't been on this game for quite sometime, is this somekind of new change? If you buy an extra planet is that how he has done it? LOL

there is a way to get 11 planets, it all depends on chance
when you have 9 planets, you put your MS on a 24 hour planet search and before your MS comes back, buy a planet through the market.. then it's down to chance if you MS bought a planet back from the search

the disadvantage is that you cannot choose what type of planet you make, or your ms brings back. also, if someone steals any of your planets, you cannot steal them back without abandoning one first.
