I think you need a strike of 1/5 to do damage. Someone with a 9Q strike once tried to hit my (at the time) 54Q def and did no damage, 'cept for the fact they lost 13 mill planets.

If you want a comparable analogy, have you ever seen the paraplegics missing arms and legs swim at the paralympics? They seem to go in a straight line just fine.

So it is with a one legged duck or a 3 legged dog. Or any other poor thing unfortunate enough to be missing limbs.

oh we're talking about ascended assaults are we? Forgive me for not working that out from the topic title 'random'.

um...err...um....disregarding why your def is only 150trill, I can only assume a bug.

Long ago under the 'old' rules of descension, your life force was converted to attack power based on your TOC and used to further whack your target's defence so you can steam roll your way through. (if that makes sense to any 'oldies' here). You could actually get through with no strike because your life force would do the damage to their defence, so you can get through for an assault.

So this 'bug', if it is one, may be a relic of that earlier time.

at 200mil size i think 150tril is alot XD

Maybe he is doing a personal attack against you. Did the attack steal dmu or did it damage your life force?

If it is a personal attack the troop engagement won't show in your log, just the personal combat, and the numbers associated with ascended combat.

If it was a dmu attack then I would double check the numbers and write up a bug report after I checked to see that my defense was still there and not assassinated.
