The real point of this thread is this, ME chasing. An alliance mate was massed last night. Why? Because it was said he had 65% of his army in stats, and thats just not cool!

As for mine, each player chooses to play this game in there own unique way. Some mass for fun, some play for peace and growth. If you want a war, then find someone else wants a war, instead of massing players that dont wish for war. BTW, this is NOT a WAR game, its a MMORPG. This is a ROLE PLAYING game. You have the CHOICE to war, to grow, to ascend, to reach rank 1! So instead of beating down people for NO reason, FIND someone else that wants the same thing as you. IM sick and tired of these massings. This is bull **Filtered**.
If I choose to mass him, that's my choice.
If I choose to give up any reason, no matter how silly, that's my choice.
Freedom is a **Filtered**. Deal with it, I guess.

Well atm i try and dodge the 'random' masses, but pretty damn soon i plan on bringing up some Repli/NanoTi pride. If you aint a repli... your getting massed. So good old fasioned Repli conversion wars! I do love my lil spiders

lol so you give people the chance for a pre-emptive strike now cause you gave your plans away.
lol you may avoid the random masses, but a pre-emptive strike wouldn't be random.

When i finish ascending, im going to go on a massing spree, it wont be random at all though, as i will chose to hit all those i mass

Just to clear that up, for those who wern't in the MSN convo...
Me and DudeRanch here are planning, at some random point in the far future, to have a 5on5 race war. 5 Beautiful, glorious Replis against 5 old things

Which is people shouldn't randomly mass? Meh people whine too much.
If you get massed, there is always something you can do about it.

Random massing for ME does suck, but one of the lessons we all learn in this game is that we must keep our miner count at least 75% of our army. I think most of us learned this the hard way. When one of my alliance mates was much smaller, he got "educated" by losing 4-5 million spies. That can really hurt small players, but he learned the lesson, I think.

True it does suck, I've had a 6trill def massed by ME chasers before. I didn't whine about it, everything you build in this game you will lose at some point.
