i was banned for no reason at all, last thing i did was try and get on vac but i couldnt because i attacked someone within the last 24hrs, logged out and couldnt log back in again.

I think the reason you can't find his name is because he is banned, so the search result wouldn't come up with anything. Only and ID search will find him.

That's is correct, except for the last part. Even an ID search will not find him in ranks, because he is unranked.

However, the account is still there, it is banned, and does not have neg naq.

I clicked your link through the alliance commander page. Did a spy on you to and dont see neg troops.
