** Backstory:
SoundWave, one of the Decepticon Commanders, has crashed from his (her.. w/e) satellite orbit in the backyard of Charles and Camilla British, in Kingsbridge, UK. While repairs are proceeding quickly, SoundWave detects a strong presence approaching his location. Soon, he finds himself surrounded, multiple sniper lasers aimed at his vital parts. With a groaning sound, he transforms into a handsome Rolls Royce, and rolls into the big garage of the British family.
There, he cannibalizes the Jaguars, Lamborghini's, Aston Martin's and finally, parts of an old armored RAF command car.
Fully recovered he transforms into Robot mode, and, breaking through the garage ceiling, launches himself back up into the air.
Then, a sharp pain takes him off balance, and he plunges back to the earth below. With a loud noise, the British' gardenhouse is destroyed, as a powerful robot stands where once the Queen's own petunia's blossomed.
All around him, there is movement. Sharp orders, barked by Elite SAS Commanders, give the SniperZ the go ahead to surround Soundwave once again..
And here, our story begins.

I hit Snipez after a post on these boards, in jest. His reply was so very entertaining (and friendly) that I wanted to see what would happen after a few more hits. We got to talking, and after a few attacks we decided we would have ourselves a proper 1vs1.
** OOC Terms: **
No massing Officers (normal, few, naq hits allowed, but no excessive farming)
Ascended is involved
Planets are out of the war (I am at war with Mayhem, and those planets have dibs on them by mH.)
Period of 7 days of fun here, there and everywhere.

If anyone from Prime attacks Snipez (id 1933739), I, Soundwave/Elwing, will personally refund his losses.
Prime is not to mass EXPANSION because of hits Snipez will make on me in light of this 1vs1.
It goes without saying that the reverse applies as well.
