Did this get implemented when we weren't paying attention? I've been noticing that my planets are slowly dropping in unit production. I had rounded all my planets to a certain number, but when I check, they've gone down by 1 to 2 hundred.

no, they've been mine for months.

No, they haven't been touched. I know for a fact that I rounded my planets to a certain number. I'll take a screenshot now and see if I can find a difference later on.

If you upgraded them before a turn change, then checked afterwords sometimes it will change by a small percent.
I know mine have not changed or degraded at all over the last 6 months.

I've noticed on a few occasions when I upgrade mine to a round figure that it may drop by 1 or 2 UP, but this guy is talking 100 to 200 drop.
