Not sure if this is the relevant section, but where would I get this sorted out:
It appears another attack -not by you- has come from your area. Two such recent attacks from the same area (ip), but different account, on the same target, are not permitted.
Rather inconvieniant (My twin and I live at the same address)

An IP exception only allows you to trade / send ressources to each other.
It does not allow you to attack the same target at the same time.

I dont want to trade with him....just kill the same people
