Looking for custom-made sig (giving 1 tril naq for it)

I am looking for an custom-made sig for myself.
It needs to be about wide as the Nemesis Sect-sig I am carrying, with an size of 3:2.
The background must be black, while you see crossed on it an red lightsaber and an shield. Lightsaber crossed over the shield.
Text needs to shimmer (if you are able to, perhaps make the text in the middle fade in and fade out), and needs to be the following at the following places:
