I haven't seen him around the forums for a while?

His absence has nothing to do with him retiring from adminship but with work and some pc troubles

He was not "laid" off.
Please refrain from making such statements as it is these sort of comments that cause upset.

Last I knew Lore had PC/laptop issues.

Did he willingly hand over the position and suggest the change, or did admin jason simply make his mind up and impose the change? I do believe the latter would be being 'laid off' or in fact sacked or even pushed into an early retirement there are many colourful ways to say it. I suppose.. you being communications admin would know the best rhetoric to use. :)
