Lost My Supporter Status

i lost my supporter status i can't send stuff and my trade broker is
"To the Private Trade Broker (Not Fully Available Yet to you...)"
then when i enter it looks like this
also i am rank 0 atm

rank 0 means cheating as far as i know

No.
Rank 0 means either banned (manual or auto).
Not necessarily cheating.

yes now i am banned for cheat LOL
That account is suspended, pending investigation for suspected cheating.
can admin fix this please

possibly raiding/farming, whilst also being hit, is a common thing. Also, lag with relation to a server. Again, farming/raiding, and trying to deposit the resources before they are calculated on the server.
Happens pretty often. Just send an e-mail to support or Urgent contact e-mails

no i had 90 minutes left of my ppt i logged in going to do a broker and i could't so i trained the units and built some weapons then banked my naq then i was banned
i sent a email to admin

This could be where it happened. If it tried to process the weapons, then it banked the naq, resulting in a negative amount. Just a possibility...

that could explain why i was banned but why do i lose my supporter status?

Part of the ban script? To prevent you shipping off the resource before getting banned on the turn change, if you manage to notice it

I suspect you did whatever you did at turn change. It can cause an issue during turn change.
