ME bugs naq stolen and turns used

i spent my 20 turns to steal about 160billion naquadah from someone and my ME says i used 40turns to steal 355billion naquadah....?
so im guessing they are doubled

Total Military Exp is indeed doubled
An old bug, but would be nice to see it fixed
