Anyway. Good trade. I recently learned that it is perfectly acceptable to ask for any price you want. This is, to me, an excellent display of marketmanship.

To call them extorters is nonsense.. he doesn't say he'll mass you (which he will, but because you are at war). He says "If you want peace; this is the only way". Since it's a wargame we're playing, he is basically offering you his assistance for a price. And hey! You still GET naq in return for the turns. Seriously.. the problem with this is not Rodwolf's offer. It's the fact that he sent it to you, knowing full well you would whine about it in public.

Well, I suppose that when a trade is forced (if you don't trade you get...) it's very wrong.
However offering very low prices for a trade in itself nothing wrong with it, if it's not the trade broker abuse/scam way of course, which isn't the case here.
That's what I got from the market discussion topic regarding small prices.

No offense to Lithium intended but i believe absolutly nothing from his statement. Roel is not the kind that plays that way unless he had a good reasson for it. Therefor ill also await a screenshot and a post from Rodwolf himself

Hah, even if it is true, it doesn't make 'Mayhem Extorers.' It could just be a rogue member, or someone acting on their own. I highly doubt their alliance leadership, especially not Orpheus who is a player of integrity, would condone that behaviour as official.

As I understand it Uni it was not Lithium that received this message.

However..... threads like this are stupid. One side says one thing, the other will most likely say another thing, then it is left down to the community to decided what they individually think is the truth and that's it.......

There's no point speculating whether this is true or not, this thread will just stir people.
