Now now tekki i thought you would know better... since when has army size been a judge of how worthy it is to mass someone and the etc's? hell.. right now I'm under 100m, but i have been over 200m at one stage and all... Another example would be good old valume who kicked ass at under 20m army (even lower then 10m at one stage) and still would kick anyone above 200m
It's been a consideration since I find it contemptible for people in a 'race war' to mass ONLY those who can't hit back.
Exactly how would you feel if you were an unascended Replicator of say 2million and you get hit by a 100million LG Ancient? Then have that Ancient brag about their 'achievement'?
All I'm suggesting is that if the Ancients want a battle, they actually pick those who can battle, rather than those they know are safe, which is what usually happens in these things.
