It be safe? (Ordering from black market)
Sombody told me it has a 60 dollar extra charge (Invisible, only shows up on credit card bills)

Buying miners from the black market, without PayPal
(Someone told me of an 60 dollar extra charge, that only shows up on the bill statement, so thats why im asking)
