Ascended account vanished

Help needed please admins. My ascended account has disappeared and my log in detials are not recognised. I dont know my id but username is krondor and i was last on there friday roughly 0400 -0500 gametime, my wife searched the cosmos for me to no avail, is this 2 years hard work gone for good
