Trade feedback suggestion

I don't know if this has beed suggested before and i used the search option but all i found was actual feedbacks and no suggestions regarding them, so if it was already suggested, i apologize!
My idea was to add a sort of a scoring mod or something like a karma mod to the forum for all the traders around here.
The idea is to show a number of how many feedbacks you received and the number of positive feedbacks received or just expressed in percentage.
for example, let's say 100 people left feedback for you..
total feedbacks: 100
positive feedbacks:75
Trader's Rating: 75%
This would be a good way of letting people who don't feel like writing feedbacks to just click on a [+] or a [-] under the trader's ID or location or whatever in the author column in the topic where he found the deal. And all the people who want to trade wouldn't have to look for a feedback but only look at the author column.
Example pic:

In adition, it would be nice if, when clicked on a [+] or a [-], a window popped up where you could write a short feedback, if you wanted to. This should have the option not to write anything but just give a feedback point to the trader.
Every member on the forum would have to turn this option on for himself, because not everyone here is a trader and having a trade feedback if you don't trade is useless.
He'd also have the option to add a link to his feedback so that the script would know where to post the feedback once the pop up window does it's job - no link, no pop-up window.
There should be something to prevent the traders to fake their feedback and to avoid more scams, too. IMO i think this could be done by preventing users to give multiple feedback from one IP in a row. For example, if you gave a feedback to a trader, you can't give it again for a set ammount of time(like a week would be ok) and also feedback can't be given from the trader's IP adress, or even the last few IP adresses.
There was more, but i can't remember what it was right now. When i do i'll post it. If there are any questions or anything you didn't understand very well, let me know.
Thanks for reading!
