Rent it - Only a fool would buy it.
Campaign is more tactical, and is to short.
Multiplayer is probably same as Halo 3.

i bought it i didn't think it was horrible the campaign is deffinatly harder the grenades throw alot different i find the graphics are way better then halo 3 but all and all i don't think it was worth 60 dollars but then again i didn't think halo wars was either.... the story line i hate you go from person to person (mainly one guy) but all and all its cool the skulls you have unlocked in halo 3 are unlocked and the only reason to buy it is you get 3 more maps in halo 3 that you can't get unless you buy ODST,=... all and all i give it 7/10 rating...

They have one of the main characters, named Buck ironically, playing like it's a **Filtered** movie.
They even had a "OH MY HERO" kiss in the video in the middle of a damn war zone filled with Destroyers.
The fact remains, even if it's the Halo 3 Engine..I much preferred Halo 3 GREATLY.
I will update more when I play the Multiplayer tonight.

Well, there you go. I have yet to play it. I was only on XBOX for a hour and chose to play CoD4 with my buddies.
Verdict - Rent if you are into Halo, or interested in a new story line w/ same game play as Halo 3.

Yep, I enjoyed it thoroughly...but it has no real replay value as far as I'm concerned...
Have to admit, firefight is a bit fun, but not enough to warrant a purchase.
Still, I stand by my post in the other thread supporting it.
