What's the percentage of fleet power to planetary defense power that you need to have and not have your fleets destroyed? It's been a while since I did any planet massing and I think it was at 15%, but it may have been 10%. Anyone know what it is off hand?

Example :
Planet has 100k defenses on it ( 300b total defense )
Do you need... 45b fleet power or 30b fleet power in order to mass the defenses and not have your fleets destroyed?

Below 10%, is the "Your pilots won't do a suicide mission..." message, 10-15% is when your fleets get destroyed instantly...

So imo, a safe fleet power would be 20-30%.
