***If you change ANY RACE DETAIL (tech,personality or social structure), unless stated clearly otherwise, YOU LOSE WEAPONS FLEETS AND TECHS, AND IT COSTS 1 RACE CHANGE POINT.
***If you change from AN ASCENDED RACE (which has ascended race personality/tech path/social structure) to NON ASCENDED RACE DETAILS, YOU ARE NO LONGER ASCENDED, ALL YOUR RACE DETAILS BECOME UNASCENDED, AND IT COSTS YOU 3 RACE CHANGE POINTS SINCE ALL 3 RACE INPUTS CHANGE. You must reascend to gain back your ascended status (but you 'save' your number of times ascended. its just this incarnation you are unascended...)
********If you CHANGE YOUR RACE NAME (thats it, just the race name) it is free in race change points, and you do not lose anything.********
***If you change from an ascended tech path to another ascended tech path, or from an ascneded social structure to another ascended social structure, you do not lose anything, are not unascended, and it DOES cost one race change point.
***Changing race social structure also changes your navigation panel.
