hello, i'm zeekomkommer and i currently am the forum ombudsman.sinc ethe ombudsman doesn't ahve an introduction thread here i descided to write one.

the ombudsman is a forum user who is elected by the forum users. the ombudsman works with the forum admins and moderators. it's purpous is to bridge the gap between the forum staff and the forum users. ppl who feel they have been wronged by a moderator action can come to the ombudsman section for debating the issue or complaining about some things.

the ombudsman has bene granted the power to investigat modderator warnings. after investigation the ombudsman will present the case to the forum admins who will then makea ruling on it.

another task the ombudsman can do is mediate between 2 forum users who can't get along on the forum. the ombudsman will help both partys look for a solution to the problem

everyone is free to particibat in a debate going on there but the posts have to be on topic, the modding of the section is very strickt. hopefully some of you will come to participate and learn in the section and i hope to see few of you having to complain in the section for that will mean that there are no problems between users and forum staf

He is also the go to man to make suggestions for forum improvement, and to make complaints about other forum user actions such as things on there account (large signatures, inappropriate images, inappropriate links, etc, etc). His job is much larger then just being the mod complaint department.
