Highest ToC

I've been wondering now for a while, I know that some of the guys in TTF have over 500mil Total offensive capacity, I was thinking who had the highest and where abouts most people are.
I hit 400mil a while back and my growth slowed down in that area quite considerably

I'm thinking when you asked me about TOC, what I told you went in one ear, out the other.
Given there is already 700-750's about. . you might wanna add your options up to 800, for more accuracy.
